Documents processed through Rokyte are yours and remain yours. We do not store, share, or retain file content beyond what active processing requires. When the session ends, the data is gone. No exceptions.
Your documents and operational data are never used to train AI models — by us or by anyone. Not under any plan, tier, or circumstance. That boundary is unconditional and written into how the system is built.
All data transmitted to and from Rokyte is encrypted in transit via TLS and at rest. Access is role-controlled and session-logged. Nothing moves without a record. Nothing is readable without authorization.
Every action on every document is logged, timestamped, and attributable. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Third-party services are limited to Formspree (form submissions) and Cloudflare (hosting) — nothing else.
We collect only what you provide when booking a demo — name, email, company, and industry. That information is used solely to respond to your inquiry. It is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing. Demo submissions are retained per Formspree's policy and deleted on request.
